About the project
RS Vault is a multi-tenant SaaS platform designed specifically for entrepreneurs and companies that resell streaming services such as Netflix, Spotify, Disney+, HBO, Prime Video and similar. Instead of managing everything manually through WhatsApp or spreadsheets, RS Vault gives you your own professional system with your brand, your domain and your rules. Every reseller (tenant) has a completely isolated ecosystem: their customers, accounts, payments and settings are 100% private, with isolation enforced in the database itself. The system runs on three independent panels: the Super Administrator controls the global platform and SaaS billing, the Tenant Admin manages their resale business, and the End Customer accesses their contracted services without seeing the administrative panel. Every customer has a digital wallet: they top up their balance with their proof of payment and buy with it instantly. Questions and complaints are handled with support tickets in all three panels, so no conversation gets lost in the chat. It includes full automation of the lifecycle: from customer registration and their order with proof of payment, to automatic credential assignment, expiration tracking, notices before a service is cut off and renewal. All without manual intervention.
