Clinora — Multi-Clinic Management System for Dentists

About the project

Clinora brings together in one system what a dental clinic does every day: each dentist's schedule, the patient record with medical history and odontogram, quotes, payments and X-rays. It works on computer, tablet and phone, and is designed for small practices with a shared front desk. The schedule shows the day with one column per dentist, or one dentist's week, and does not let two appointments overlap: the database enforces it, and the app explains who the clash is with and suggests the next free time. The odontogram is editable, with five surfaces per tooth, FDI numbering, and permanent and primary teeth. Findings still to be treated are offered as treatments when building the quote, which can be downloaded as a PDF or sent by WhatsApp with the message ready. Each clinic lives isolated from the others inside one shared database, protected by row-level security. Permissions depend on the role: reception does not see the clinical side, and only the owner sets prices and discounts, voids payments and sees the reports. Clinical notes are permanent, payments can only be voided (never edited), clinical images are private and every change is kept in a history. The public demo is a real, private clinic: each visitor gets their own, with 36 fictitious patients and four weeks of schedule, can switch between Owner, Dentist and Reception, and everything is erased by itself after 24 hours. Real sign-up, invitations and subscription billing with Stripe are built but switched off while it is a demonstration.
